4. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

• Retreat deposits are non refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full before participation
• Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your spot

Refund and cancellation policies are communicated clearly during the application and booking process and may vary by offering.

5. Travel, Accommodation, and Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:
