Return to the Root —
Jamaica Healing Retreat
A 7-day ancestral healing retreat in Jamaica — rooted in Caribbean herbal medicine, cord cutting, cultural immersion, and the land itself.

Some journeys take you to a destination. This one brings you home.
Return to the Root is a six-night ancestral healing journey through Montego Bay and Port Antonio, Jamaica — an invitation to remember that the land is the medicine, the culture is the medicine, and you come from people who could not be broken. Guests move from disconnection to ancestral belonging, from burnout to natural rhythm, and from playing small to reclaimed power — inherited from Jamaica's living lineage of freedom. Here, you are not a tourist; you are family being welcomed home.

Who is this for
This retreat is for the accomplished woman — healer, entrepreneur, creative, or seeker — who feels called to ancestry, land, and spirit, and is ready to trade burnout for belonging. She craves cultural depth over spectacle, wants to learn directly from elders and culture bearers, and values a fully held, beautifully curated experience where her only job is to be present.
No experience necessary — just an open heart and respect for the cultures that receive us.
