If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you may do so within 24 hours of the consultation time. After 24 hours, I cannot refund your money or immediately reschedule your appointment. Online Booking Policy for Soul Tribe Heals Welcome, Beloved! We’re honored to hold sacred space for your healing journey. Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all. ✨ Booking & Payment - All healing sessions, consultations, and retreats must be booked online via our official website. - Full payment or a deposit (as specified per service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or email us at info@soultribeheals.com. ✨ All Payments Are Non-Refundable - All payments, including session fees, consultation fees, and retreat deposits, are non-refundable. - Bookings cannot be cancelled online. Instead of cancelling, you are welcome to reschedule. - Retreat deposits may be transferred to a future retreat or service within 6 months. ✨ Rescheduling We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, so you can move your session. - Reschedule online at least 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. - Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. - Sessions missed, or not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, are forfeited. ✨ Emergencies If an emergency comes up within 24 hours of your session, please contact us right away at info@soultribeheals.com. Emergencies are handled with care, case by case. ✨ Arrival & Timeliness - Please arrive on time for your session, whether virtual or in person.
