Service Description
A private 60-minute consultation with Mama Yaya, online or in person. For when you know something needs attention but do not yet know exactly what. Together we look at what keeps repeating in your life, your family or your bloodline, name what your healing journey may be asking of you, and gain clarity on your next step — whether that is bloodline mapping, mother or father wound work, generational healing and ritual, or an immersion. Please note: all payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to two times, at least 24 hours before your session. See the booking policy for full details.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy for Soul Tribe Heals Welcome, Beloved! We’re honored to hold sacred space for your healing journey. Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all. ✨ Booking & Payment - All healing sessions, consultations, and retreats must be booked online via our official website. - Full payment or a deposit (as specified per service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or email us at info@soultribeheals.com. ✨ All Payments Are Non-Refundable - All payments, including session fees, consultation fees, and retreat deposits, are non-refundable. - Bookings cannot be cancelled online. Instead of cancelling, you are welcome to reschedule. - Retreat deposits may be transferred to a future retreat or service within 6 months. ✨ Rescheduling We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, so you can move your session. - Reschedule online at least 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. - Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. - Sessions missed, or not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, are forfeited. ✨ Emergencies If an emergency comes up within 24 hours of your session, please contact us right away at info@soultribeheals.com. Emergencies are handled with care, case by case. ✨ Arrival & Timeliness - Please arrive on time for your session, whether virtual or in person. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of others. - For virtual sessions, please be in a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection. ✨ Respecting the Sacred Our work is rooted in the traditions of Indigenous Caribbean and Mayan healing. We honor these lineages and ask that you come to each session with an open heart, prepared to receive, learn, and grow.
