Many of us have deep feelings about how we were or were not parented by our mothers. Unfortunately, when these feelings go ignored, they can create chaos in our personal lives. Our maternal energy runs our lives (it gives us our emotional body) – providing a lens through which we see ourselves. However, when a Mother herself is damaged or fragmented, she will pass a legacy of hurt, and pain to her children - this happens unconsciously and consciously. . .
