Service Description
Distance Cord Cutting Cut spiritual and emotional cords that no longer serve you. This session clears attachments to past lovers, family, friends, or traumatic events that may be draining your energy or holding you back from your purpose. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more sovereign in your energy. All work is done with love, care and respect for all parties involved. This session is divided into (2) 1 Hour Sessions: First is the consultation and the second session will be the healing and energetic work.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policy for Soul Tribe Heals Welcome, Beloved! We’re honored to hold sacred space for your healing journey. Please take a moment to review our online booking policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all. ✨ Booking Appointments - All healing sessions, consultations, and retreats must be booked online via our official website. - Full payment or a deposit (as specified per service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or email us at info@soultribeheals.com. ✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. We kindly ask for: - 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. - No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. - Retreat deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future retreat or service within 6 months. ✨ Arrival & Timeliness - Please arrive on time for your session, whether virtual or in person. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of others. - For virtual sessions, ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection. ✨ Energy Exchange & Refunds All services are offered with love, integrity, and spiritual intention. Because of the energetic nature of this work: - No refunds will be issued once a session is completed. - If you are unsatisfied, we invite open communication—we are here to support and co-create a healing path that serves you. ✨ Respecting the Sacred Our work is rooted in the traditions of Indigenous Caribbean and Mayan Healing.
