Online Booking Policy for Soul Tribe Heals Welcome, Beloved! We’re honored to hold sacred space for your healing journey. Please take a moment to review our online booking policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all. ✨ Booking Appointments - All healing sessions, consultations, and retreats must be booked online via our official website. - Full payment or a deposit (as specified per service) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - You will receive a confirmation email after booking. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or email us at info@soultribeheals.com. ✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. We kindly ask for: - 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. - No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. - Retreat deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future retreat or service within 6 months. ✨ Arrival & Timeliness - Please arrive on time for your session, whether virtual or in person. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of others. - For virtual sessions, ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection. ✨ Energy Exchange & Refunds All services are offered with love, integrity, and spiritual intention.
