Indigenous Medicine Woman Healing Retreat
Mayan Abdominal Massage & Ancestral Wisdom of Traditional Midwifery
Remember. Respect. Receive.

This retreat is designed for those who feel genuinely called to learn with humility, respect, and an open heart. It is not a workshop about Mayan healing. It is an immersion into it.
For 9 days in the Mayan village of Chumbec, Yucatán, you will live and learn alongside respected Maya wisdom keepers — inside the home of Nana Rafita, whose family has carried these sacred teachings for generations.
You will leave with hands-on practice in Mayan Abdominal Massage, an introduction to traditional midwifery, medicinal plant knowledge, and a deep sense of responsibility for carrying these teachings forward with integrity.
