Protocol: This detox is designed to assist with the release of excess toxins in the body. This Detox Box works best when taken with a lot of water (up to a gallon a day) and a diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, eliminating all refined sugars, processed foods, dairy and meats.
Jamaican Detox Tea Ingredients: Jamaican Sour Sop, Burdock root, Dandelion Root, Peppermint Leaf, Red Clover Blossom, Licorice Root, Yellow dock root, and Ginger root.
Directions:Â Steep 1 Tablespoon of Herbs in 8 -10 ounces of boiled water. Cover tea for 5-7 minutes. Strain & Enjoy. Herbs can used twice. Store used herbs in the refrigerator in a covered container.

All fruits and vegetables should be seeded and organic as much as possible.
