Protocol: This detox is designed to assist with the release of excess toxins in the body. This Detox Box works best when taken with a lot of water (up to a gallon a day) and a diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, eliminating all refined sugars, processed foods, dairy and meats.
Jamaican Detox Tea Ingredients: Jamaican Sour Sop, Burdock root, Dandelion Root, Peppermint Leaf, Red Clover Blossom, Licorice Root, Yellow dock root, and Ginger root.
Directions: Steep 1 Tablespoon of Herbs in 8 -10 ounces of boiled water. Cover tea for 5-7 minutes. Strain & Enjoy. Herbs can used twice. Store used herbs in the refrigerator in a covered container.

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables:(all, see exemptions) cabbage, onions, pepper, lettuce, avocados, spinach, kale, collard greens, turnip greens, tomatoes, celery, parsley, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, mango, grapes, lemons, key limes, pears, oranges, apples, ginger, bananas, watermelon, cherries, guava, pineapple, soursop (no added sugar), jicama, sorrel. All fruits and vegetables should be seeded and organic as much as possible.
Fresh Spring Water
Fruit Juice (non-processed – made from fresh fruits – no preservatives)
Coconut Milk (make fresh without sweeteners or additives)
Whole Grains (Quinoa, Steel Cut Oats, Barley, Amaranth)
Foods to Avoid While Detoxing
Dairy (milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, etc.)
Sugar (all processed sugar including turbinado and brown sugar)
White Food Products: White Flour, White Sugar, White Rice, White Potatoes
