To make a Yemaya Spiritual Bath: Add 3oz to warm water. Add water to bath soak for at least 7 minutes while meditating.

In the Shower: After you have showered, add 3oz to warm water – pour bath over your head (or shoulders down) be sure to pour over your front & back.

DO NOT WIPE DRY. Pat dry, dress yourself and your head in white. Go directly to bed. Say a prayer to Yemaya before bed. Do this for 7 nights.

Floor wash: Add ½ cup to bucket of water. Wash from the back of the house to the front.
