Our goal is to process and ship orders as soon as possible so that you can enjoy the benefits of our Indigenous wild-crafted herbs. Please note that all our herbs are hand harvested by local families in Indigenous communities of the Caribbean and Mexico so our processing time may be a little longer than a traditional herbal supply company.

Most orders will be shipped on Fridays, if received after Thursday by 4pm EST, the shipment may be delayed until the next Friday. Once an order has left our possession, it is up to the shipping services to provide an efficient and accurate shipping arrival.
